I know the drop down menu for Image-Straighten & Crop; is there a way to control the straightening of a "horizon" easier in PSE 2? In Digital Image Pro 9, you can control it by stretching a bar between two points that should be 'straight". Is there an Elements function similar to this? Thank you!

If PSE has the Measure tool, you can adapt this Tutorial.

Or you can use the measure tool to determine the angle you want, and then twist the crop tool to that spec.
