I like the idea of such a perverse challenge, but see no reason that if you can convince the viewer that you used T/S lens through Photoshop wizardry that it should be illegal. If it has to be done strictly in camera it narrows the pool of competitors quite a bit.
The 10 second challenge and this would be a nice return to the more technical/learning challenges of the past, as opposed to the subject driven/treasure hunt challenges we have seen a great many of lately. |

In my initial suggestion I suggested Advanced Editing. Would what you describe be legal in advanced? I was under the impression that it would be but I am horrible at the editing side of things and understanding the rule sets. I break it down like this minimal==OOC, advanced=can do HDR, and expert=Gyaban or Samantha win. ;)

The "tilt/shift" effect can be legally emulated in Photoshop under the advanced editing rules, yes. |

Analog EFX Pro 2 has nics TS effects but not sure if legal. I know I can turn off the textures but not sure what else is being done. |
