You mean auto correct? If that's so, if you don't change your user name we'll have to get the SC to do it for you. That's awesome, Omega Donkey.

Yup, auto correct, and I might just do that. Maybe. It's funny, I catch my kid's friends saying it casually while they're on the phone. Maybe it'll catch on.

sometime you make a mistake and bad shit happens, who knew? own up to it.

Yeah, the guy's a dumbass for filing the suit thinking that someone else should have to pay for his mistake(s).

What pisses me off is that the damn courts will uphold such a stupid premise!

WTF???

my peeve is when people posit something as an utter mystery when they could do some research and find out a lot more detail about why something happened the way it did.

Sounds like the bastardization of liability under the dram shop rule, which gives liability to a bar that serves a drunk person. Under this law, when a drunk driver with no insurance kills you or breaks your neck, your dependent family can sue the bar that served him 20 shots of tequila.

That's exactly what's happening to me also. I've become so tolerant it's revolting. I always looked forward to growing up to be a cranky old man, and instead I'm becoming one of those folks who nods his head and smiles vaguely in apparent approval.
