| I am new to the site and have a question. How much of a photo can you crop? I couldn't use a zoom for a photo and would like to crop something very close. It would be removing a large part of the rest of the picture. |

Crop what you like! Its up to you. You will find most of the answers to your questions in the tutorials area under learn at the top.

From my understanding of the rules, you can crop an image as much as you want. However, if your final image ends up small (eg 320x240), then the voters might penalise you for doing so.
