Hey all
Carl Warner is by no means the only good foodie photog out there, and I see plenty of candy-based designs on the Bulk Barn flyers etc...but his monochromatic foodscapes are just stunning. A World of Food
Now it would be a lot of work, sourcing all the food items so they're monochromatic, and I'm on the Advanced side here as it's too easy to make too much out of so little in Expert. Maybe a 2-week challenge window and a hefty supply of stickies for everyone to post on the fridge telling others to not eat the set? |

| I'm not seeing "monochromatic" as a theme. Color-coordinated for sure, but very few a single color, or shades/hues of same even. I must say, speaking for myself only, that elaborate constructions like this have little to do with "photography" in my mind, except inasmuch as the tangible result of all the hands-on creating *becomes* a photographic image. I'm really not interested, again speaking for myself only, in attempting that sort of work. I'm very much a "find it and shoot" it sort of guy :-) |
