I got the new D7100... have shot only raw photos, of course had to go get a DNG converter cause cs5 don't read Nikon raw... Question is: All the shots I've taken in portrait crop lie sideways in the RAW converter. Does this have anything to do with the DNG converter? Orrrrr is there a way to fix it??? I've been looking sideways a lot, or have to open turn em to tiff then open back up in RAW... Took 1200 shots over the weekend at a cowboy mounted shoot, Had to shoot the stupid things in raw cause the arena was DARK and needed the help of RAW ++ exposure, Now I get approached one club wants me to jpg them all their members shots (for cash) so of course I want the $$ but OMG ... I've gotten some actions set that does a fair job on the lighting and noise, but I still have to open, turn, and crop. PS It took two hours to download and DNG convert 600 shots. Arghhh |

It's possible that the default is set to "auto-rotate" (gotta search through all the menus). |
