I'm sorry if this already has been discussed. I tried to search the forums for it, but the search engine seems to be down at the moment.

My question is: How is he able to get away with selling pictures without written consent from the people in them? I assume he's not asking. Could people that see themselves in the pics sue him?

It's "art", so he doesn't need model releases.

Amazing. You just never know what is going to push you to the top.

As for lawsuits, even if they can't win, people will still try.
