I'm sorry if this already has been discussed. I tried to search the forums for it, but the search engine seems to be down at the moment.

My question is: How is he able to get away with selling pictures without written consent from the people in them? I assume he's not asking. Could people that see themselves in the pics sue him?

It's "art", so he doesn't need model releases. |

As for lawsuits, even if they can't win, people will still try. |
