Nobody is going to throw out the Opteka 650-2600mm lens as an option? :)

I reached out to Tamron for the status of 150-600mm and here is the response.

This lens (Canon mount only) started shipping on January 17th. All dealers received product then, but in very limited quantities. There is a huge demand for this lens and I can assure you we are shipping them as fast as we can and that we are working as hard as possible to restock dealers with more product.

I have ordered 85mm from bugdig but via ebay and did get product on time and brand new so I think they do what they say. |

I called local camera shop and they have 2 Tamron 150-600mm Canon Mount Lens is stock today...if you hurry you can snap these puppies up...they are priced at $1069.
Sadly mine won't be out for 6-8 wks....sigh |
