Should cameras or lenses we no longer own be deleted from our equipment list? Does that change the details on photos taken with the deleted camera?

Totally up to you.

Part 2, Does that change details on the photos?
No.

I decided not to list the cameras/lenses I have. I add them when I entered challenges so that the info is included in the details. Afterwards, I go back to my preferences and delete the equipment from my list... Why? No reason in particular... haa.
