| Just realized I'm all outta space! What do I do? Is there a membership upgrade or something? |

| Sure is, just send an administrative ticket in, and make the request, the prices I can't recall, but they show up on the membership renewal page too. |

Me again.
How long does it usually take to get a response for a request like this? I can't really do much uploading now since I'm at capacity. This isn't something that would take, like, a month to get a response to, is it? :S |

| Well, not sure how it is now but when I tried to send a ticket to admin, it went unanswered and I ended up having to wait 'til it was time to renew membership again (6 months if I recall.) Hope yours get a quicker response. |

Scroll down and click on the 1 year membership (you can unclick it) you will see where you can upgrade your storage space, it's not there initially but once you click on the choice of membership it is....you don't have to wait...
ETA:...you COULD clean out some stuff too????

Yeah I already tried that and I can't unclick the 1 year part after I choose the upgrade. Just renewed in December too, boo, wish I'd known.
I cleared out everything I could a while ago, but with the photo essay side challenge I entered and the January self portrait side challenge, it's filled up pretty quick.
Any other suggestions? |

I'm assuming that you sent a note to the SC??? Maybe Neil, Paul, Justine/Frisca will peek in...
Until then...remove those that don't have comments and then put them back once this get resolved so you can add more in for your SC's...
Only a suggestion.
And if you paid for a year in advance....so what...your stay'n right????
One last thing...what size are you uploading for your SC's? Are you taking them down to the 800 x ? size?
