It is. It's called "America" and you can get your ass sued or arrested for just about any little random thing here - especially when corporate interests are at stake...
well you have a much darker opinion of Langdon than I do.


I do admittedly think he would be upset about the loss of five figures or so of income each year.

As for the viability of such a lawsuit? Who knows. I'd have to pick the the TOS with a fine toothed comb before I had any real opinion on that. But I do know that a cease and desist letter would probably be a reasonable move, from a corporate standpoint, and such things work a surprisingly high amount of the time.

And would Langdon really do any of that? I don't know - from what I know of him, he doesn't seem the type - but I've been surprised before.
