I have to delete what I had written here. There were a few mistakes but there's someone who prefer I delete everything, so that's what I have to do. Sorry for your replies guys, my fault...

not trying to pick a fight, but *plagiarism* is taking someone else's work and passing it off as one's own, typically to the extent of making a direct copy. this is very similar to copyright infringement, where you use someone else's intellectual property without permission. the concept of copyright and intellectual property rights, at least in the US, is to protect both the original creators and future creators; that is, it allows people to be inspired by works that they see and then to put their own twist on them without fear of reprisal by the original creators. it's only when the subsequent creator fails to put their own twist on the new work and instead elects to make essentially a direct copy of the original that there is a problem.

and it seems to me that is what has happened here. it would probably be better to enjoy the fact that you inspired imitation than to waste time worrying about it. better to focus on creating your next great, inspirational piece...

just my opinion.

On this one I would say inspired by at best. I will also point out that it is 2 different styles of music in 2 different languages, also 2 1/2 years in music is a lifetime, I doubt there is much in the way of crossover fans.
I have to ask, is there that that much bad blood between a fan and a artist, or is this a ploy by the singer in Sickabell to get additional views on a older video?

I watched the two(well as much as I could stomach) and there is certainly a feeling of one inspiring the other. Which as in photography might be a compliment. As pointed out by someone else this is nothing close to plagiarism. And if nothing else I would say the newer video is a little better done. I watched more of it even though I don't speak the language the focus hunting(going from the singer to the background and back) on the close up on the first one was very distracting.
