Langdon, seeing as we are currently in the middle of a TPL, please could we have a challenge that had a "technical" side to it so the team members can share their knowledge when it comes to that topic. It could be topics like using rear curtain flash, slow shutter speeds, stop motion, portraits in the middle of the day, landscapes at night, etc. Basically anything where you have to think about the setup and bounce ideas off your team mates for input on techniques others might have tried in the past.

Portraits are a very accessible subject and can be a great subject to learn new lighting and processing techniques. So what about:

Portraits with color. Capture a portrait with some added color to take it from the mundane to the extraordinary.
Advanced editing.

To everyone else, feel free to suggest other technical challenge suggestions. Most of us are here to learn and what better way than in a group TPL environment?
