Likely to get me entered in the stupidest question awards, but...

I have my browser (Firefox) "zeroed out" to display text and graphics at 100%, yet my 800-pixel wide/tall DPC images don't match the size of my 800-pixel wide/tall images when viewed at 100% in Photoshop. I would think these should be the same, 800 pixels is 800 pixels, viewed in both at 100%. I have to adjust the view in Photoshop to somewhere between 120% and 130% to see exactly what I see on DPC, and obviously this isn't very pretty.

Can you please help me understand which settings I've loused up?

It sounds like one program assumes a monitor resolution of 72 dpi and the other 96dpi (both common standards). Look for monitor resolution settings and try to get them to match.

Thanks for that, GE. Based on that I searched for and found this potential solution. Posting just in case anyone else has wondered about this.

That sounds like your solution. What a boondoggle! I can't believe that FF would automatically scale a page, even though you've told it to display at 100%. FWIW, Chrome's implementation remembers your zoom settings on a per-site basis, which is kind of nice. When you *want* zoom, such as on sites that have small, less-readable fonts, you can have it, and where you don't, on sites like DPC, you can not have it, and you don't have to remember to change it all the time.
