For all of you people who are on a budget (like me) and need some lighting, i came up with an idea that may help you. Now I wouldn't use it for shooting a supermodel but it is perfect for everyday objects of friends, Her is a picture, It is simply a Halogen flood light atached to a house hold lamp. It throws off excellent light, and you can pick them up for about $2.00 Hope it helps.

Careful with that. Not only is that light unprotected and is going to get very hot, but unless it has the same rating as the bulb that is suppose to go in the lamp there is a very real risk of fire.
Not saying it can't be used, just make sure to not leave it unattended or on for any significant length of time.

| Nice, you can also pick up a 500 watt clip-light for not much more ($15 IIRC) at Walmart. |
