I can't search through the forums right now due to being limited on time (with us moving and all).
I have to validate my image and I tried following the method shown (using the browsers back button), and it did not work properly. Only one image sent. SOOOOOooooo.... I sent the other image through the "contact us" Administrative Inquiry method. Was this the right way to do this? Seeing that it is my first REAL validation request?
Please advise ASAP. Thanks guys!!!

Sounds like you did the right thing. If not SC will let you know. Just make sure you sent the files in their original format! |

Most definitely did... as they were shot in RAW. :)
Thanks!

Denielle, if you have a new message on the left of your front page, that says something like
"thank you for submitting...you will be hearing from us" then you are a-okay.
If not, then send a ticket to SC asking for help.
They are very patient about this and will help you through it.
I know this from vast experience.

We have one of your images. But the administrative inquiry goes only to Langdon. You would need to use General Inq to get to SC.
I just rerequested your image...send the second one that you used Admin Inq. for. We have the first.
For general info: it's better to use the upload proof feature to load ALL your images. If you send them through a ticket, we have to download, then upload them on your behalf.

Thank you for your help!
I just submitted the second image, and the steps used again.

No prob, can't be too careful...Red once had to submit originals for a VR and I think he shot in RAW and sent them converted jpgs. He sent in only the jpgs, I had to nag at him to submit the RAWs to get good with SC :-)
Anyway having seen the post from Neil and subsequent posts, you should be OK |

I always make a folder for each challenge. Put the originals in. As well as the RENAMED jpgs and a word document of each step. Much easier that way!!!
And thanks for letting me know General! :)
