| I ran across this on kind of randomly... has there been a sequel? |

I support a Landscape in Portrait Orientation challenge. In real life, I am often asked for a vertical orientation of my landscape photography, Mostly, customers have a space on the walls of their home which requires a taller, rather than wider, proportion. Waterfalls, lakes with mountains and sky, aspen groves with sky, etc.

I love vertical landscapes :-) Those atre very nice examples, Richard. Here's a recent one of mine.

Bear_Music, gorgeous photo!
It's hard to shoot (IMO) a vertical landscape. But you two have managed to show some real beauty here! I am just getting into landscape photography (well, not yet... but it's next on my photography to-do list. lol)
I will have to come to you two for tips! Beautiful work, as always.

Wish we had a little more time for this one. Tomorrow is supposed to be an absolutely BEAUTIFUL day! It's been raining here, and overcast and dreary and gray for days!
Tomorrow is supposed to be mostly sunny with a high of 73! Perfect weather. And we won't be here. Sigh.
Perhaps Thursday will be nice as well.

Not sure mine are of the same caliber as the ones already presented, but these are a couple of my favorites...
 
The first one is Canyon de Chelly in Arizona and the second one is Ghost Ranch in New Mexico. |
