Just upgraded to 6, (So did not take me 3 hours =\
But when opened in either Bridge or PS, they seem really really dark, much darker than they where in 5
Has anyone else noticed this, or have I just been working blind all this time! ? |

I certainly don't think you've been working blind, considering your output.
Check your color management settings for how files are treated on import, check your working color space, and check that you are not set to "proof colors." Not sure what color profile you typically work in, but there are a number of ways to get off track. |

That's the first thing I did was change the background back to what I was used to so that I could figure out what I was really seeing...

Aye, I have it back on grey, first thing I did because I remember reading your thread on it Wendy! I think it is just me, generally just totally frustrated at all the downloading, how slow the actual program is and how all my old things that are true and tested are not working. I am even whining to myself about the newest Nik, as it's tonal contrast, is not as good as the older version as it would seem the darks just make black blobs now.
Basically, what I need is a 7 year kid to fix all this for me! =P |
