I have no experience with the product. OnOne Software is a reputable company, as far as I know. The product seems similar in purpose to some other product suites, e.g. NIK. you did ask for thoughts, so I will volunteer mine. They may be a minority opinion, LOL.
I don't own any of these third-party add-ons for Ps (or Lr). I prefer to achieve my results with the available tools. Nearly all of the effects that can be created with the add-ins can be achieved with the standard tools, and I believe that developing the skill to do so enables more creativity because these tools are usually much more flexible.

I use and recommend the OnOne suite. They have a ton of great tutorials for owners, webcasts, support. And the software is great!

I have it. It's a very useful suite of variations on specific themes. I use it as an extra step in a lot of images that were first processed with Nik's various filters. I quite recommend it if you get a good price.
