I think it is a great shot.
One comment I have is IMO I think the lighting would have been better coming from the front and not the side? Just a quick thought. But it is still nice work.

I am something of a newcommer to this site and have so far been very impressed by the glossy images and imaginitie conceptual presentations of the superstar minority.
However, above all that I have seen, this image has moved me in the most profound manner.
Your composition (arms parallel to hair line) and the division into diagonal thirds is a perfect compliment to the underlying power of the image.
