I think it would work with some long range remote trigger's like Pocket Wizard. I tried to do Google but no proper answer.
I have three strobe lights and looking to buy three receiver with one transmitter wit the range of about 1000 ft. any recommendation or suggestions. |

Opss! I didn't realize that I didn't reply to this thread!
Thanks Devinder!
I looked at Plus III and it does sound good to me! Now I have another question. if I have to buy multiple do they have to be same brand and make? meaning if I buy one Plus III as a transmitter and want to hook up flash or strobe to receiver, do they have to be same? I didn't find any information where it says that a Plus III is transmitter and hooked to say yangnuo receiver or something else.

i have not tested triggers between companies. I expect that they should not work with each other. It would probably be considered bad if they did work well together i imagine (patents and stuff?).
Within Pocketwizard though, i have successfully married the tt5s and the ttpluses to work together at a studio before (all manual though). That is not an issue.
The best practice i think here is to buy all same brand and make. That will be the least trouble. I've heard members here use yongnuos and cowboys, both of which apparently work with some success, i use triggers at longer ranges and wanted to experiment with ttl radios so i went all out - at the time i could. |
