Firstly, I have a very poor monitor and anything (literaly anything) will be an improvement. I've just got a new pc and want to upgrade my monitor. I was all set for a 17/19" TFT and am saving up but am told that the CRT monitors are actually a better bet for colour when 'doing images'
TFT are still relatively new and whilst they a)look better and b) are space savers, c) they are expensive.
I'd love to hear what you guys/gals are using and any advice on what I should go for would be most appreciated (budget of around £400).
btw, my monitor purchase has just gone back a month as I made another purchase today - details/pics next week ;)

| One of the previous thread said that only the best lcd's will show color correctly. If you don't want to spend a fortune a CRT might be the best choice. |
