I saw something this morning and in my mind it was beautiful. And quite natural. But it was not a controlled drop with a mushroom splash and a colorful background. If I enter, will I tank again for non-conformation to eyecandy?

Clever as controlled drops with mushroom splashes may be, even beautiful as they may be too, a whole challenge filled with them would be boring to vote, so if you have something different might it not be an advantage?

That's such a standard image (although it can be beautiful). Submit your beauty so we can enjoy it, thanks in advance! (Ignore the score)

as long as they're water drops (not just the mushroom splashes) i'll vote them all equally. they're all types water drops.

What if there are too many drops to see individually?

LOL, don't worry - I'd probably vote down my image too - unless I was in a particularly jovial mood.

I have some pretty yet unoriginal shots that should finish near the top. My entry will likely be near dead last.

A classic subject on DPC -- take a unique photo of one or more water drops

I want to see some really unique shots, judging by some of the people entering I shouldn't be disappointed.

I have two dull shots -- anyone care to give an opinion on which is less dull? And take pity on me because I'm typing on what probably is a broken finger... :(

actually, ignore that, the second one is far more dull that the first dull one. (but my finger still hurts. This is hard. I'm a touch typist!)
