Foliage will be much prettier here in about 4 months, but I suppose we could throw you southern hemisphere folks a bone on this one. I could find something to shoot for this.

Are we talking foilage or foliage? Foilage could be fun too - let's see what we can do with foil???

To be fair, foilage is noted by Merriam Webster as a non-standard spelling which is arguably more appropriate because of the strange way in which many people pronounce the word. For me, it's a three syllable word - for many folks it's a two syllable word - and at that, there seem to be two different versions of the two syllable version - the one with the long O is probably best represented by the spelling used in the subject of this thread.
