I am wondering how to obtain this high key effect. Is this a setting on the camera such as over exposure or is this a photoshop process? I am referring to photos such as this:
If it is a process, could someone explain it to me? Thanks!

I'm not sure exactly what High Key means, but apparently this shot of mine is. I just desaturated and played with the Brightness/Contrast.

| Eric: your shot has more of the "fashion blowout" look than a true "high key" to me. The difference (in my opinion) is that there is no detail left in the brightest area of the photograph (if you look at her face; it is completely white, unlike her arms, which still look soft and natural and retain texture). |
