Just got my fuji 602 when i read on a forum people concerned with hot pixels , so i did a test and basically above 4 sec exposure i get them.
Thought it was wierd as its new but apparantly most cameras produce them in low light.....one guy has returned his camera 3 times but cant find one that dosent produce them? , another person had 127 hot pixels in his test (he needs to return his camera)
If you want to try take a photo at different shutter speeds 1 sec upwards with lens cap on (preferably in tiff format) on then use this program.

I thought they were a problem too, I had to take the camera in for a repair, so asked them if they could fix it, and they cant, but they can turn some pixels off, for a price.
My camera is still in for repair, I dropped it off in November. Grrrrr. |
