Any Golfers here on DPC? Excited about the Masters starting tomorrow...any bets on who takes the Green Jacket home on Sunday?

Would have to have a few bob on Tiger. He is back in form this year and looks pretty determined.
Also gotta hope the South Africans manage to finish strongly.

Oh hell yeah. I have the VCR set up already. Just watched the par-3 contest. First match of my club's season is tomorrow also, I have 8:48 tee time; so I'll be back in time to watch the telecast. This is one of those weekends when Penny knows I'm sorta wrapped up LOL.
I'd love to see that 14 yr-old kid make a run at it, for sure. I'm hoping this is Tiger-comeback year, mainly. A Bubba defense would be awesome, if improbable. A Rory Masters would be great. Keegan Bradley's looking good. I don't think Phil has it this year.
Hunter Mahan? Matt Kuchar? Nicholas Colsaerts? Maybe, just maybe, a Sergio resurgence? It's kinda wide open... |

Basically, a Mashie is a 5-iron, give or take, and a Niblick is a 9-iron or a wedge, so definitely the Niblick :-) |

Im definitely supporting the South Africans. I'd love it if Ernie could take it home!!! But Shrek has a much better shot at it --- such a beautiful, uncomplicated swing. Charl is always a fan fave of mine. Such a true gentleman, just like Els.
Tiger is obvious favourite. I just don't see Rory or Bubba in top 5 this year. My outside pick is Rose - I think with his game its just a matter of time before he collects a MAJOR. My dark horse is Dufner.
Always exciting watching the amateurs.

| Can't wait, it marks the start of Spring for me, someday I'll get down there to see it. I don't really care who wins just love seeing that course and all the great shots. |
