Hmm. You know, I liked most of them a lot, but this one actually bothered me.

I feel as though it would have been much more appropriate had it been worded:

Not only is the original really super awkwardly worded, it's technically reversed. ;)

It doesn't make much sense either way, since one of the outstanding features of the human eye is the ability to dynamically change aperture (pupil size) almost instantaneously.

The real problem is when your eyes' focal length goes from a "normal" 50mm to 200mm (i.e. developing presbyopia, or age-related farsightedness).
