I was wondering if people would take it that way. How incredibly sad. I'm a firm believer, and it seems like you can't make any reference without someone taking offense. I was thinking it was a fun reminder of the reason of the holiday. I didn't have the skills to tie the event into the challenge.

I actually smiled when I saw the title. I think it's quite nice. I'm not invalidating someone else's feeling of being offended, but just wanted to chime in. Thanks for starting the thread... :)

Mine was opposite -- started out at 6.45 at 11, and dropped quickly. Sorry -- I liked the early voters better! :)

Mine started solid in 6 territory and has been dropping ever since. I have four in voting currently and I have four scores between 5.5x and 5.8x A tiny violin would look mighty good about now :)

Why on earth would anyone be offended. It's not like you made a specific reference to a religious holiday... the 3rd is a Wednesday is it not?

Very strange scoring. Never seen such a huge difference between 1st and 3rd places in terms of score.

I wonder if a 6.2 for a ribbon is the lowest ever?

Don't know the answer to your question, but I was glad to see the gap - and the very sane challenge average.
