Question: do the scores normally spike or dip at the end? Or can we pretty much assume that where it is now is the range it will stay in? I'm doing better in this one that my previous two entries (which were both five years ago). Not good enough for a ribbon or honorable mention even, but I'm pleased.

Just curious what the trend usually is. Thanks... :)

my experience has usually been a slight drop, ;-( or maybe my shots just suck ;-)

I've had to go both ways enough to know there is no rule (for me anyway).

Right now, I'm in Tiny Tuba range with a 4.96

After 80-100 votes it is pretty close to the final one. Changes tend to be no bigger then 0.1-0.2 after that.

Buddy, I promise to check after my surgery next week, that is something I nearly achieved a few time, alas, not good enough yet!

One of my goals is to break 6 on a challenge. It was at 6.2 a day or two ago, but I'm at 6.08 right now and hoping it will hold. Less than 7 hrs to go...

Good luck - maybe it will even climb back up a bit. My "good" ones usually take a beating at the end though.

I just saw the other entries for the first time. For some reason, I just couldn't look until the challenge was over. There were some really great ones - makes me wish I had voted! Oops.

However, I feel that many entries were not in the 'spirit' of the challenge. "Accidental" does not mean "Staged". Really takes the challenge out of it when you can sit there and compose a letter, move it to the best lighting, etc.

I absolutely agree and I've said the same thing earlier in this thread. And I also want to point out that for this challenge, the difficulty to spot the letter in your subject should be appreciated.
