Any help? I'm very inexperienced with this so it was all guesswork.

and so is the first one, crescent moon and all!
although, the placement of the buildings in the composition is questionable...especially the one on the right.

Yea I had some problems with the buildings and the rectangular light. I had to burn that in quite a lot and I couldn't crop it out for the moon.

I like the composition but the lighting seems a little too harsh/artificial for the subject. To me, this is most noticable at the top of the leaf.
I think messing with the levels might fix this? Correct me if there's a better/proper way to do this, anybody... |

could you walk around the "back" of the "steeple" building to get the moon away from the square light and more over the steeple? not sure what kind of access is available to you....

This may be possible, although the angle gets obscured as I move around to what is actually the front. It's worth a try sometime. Next clear night...I'll post them up. Thanks for the suggestion.
