Just today i think...but which one?

Amazon Utra 32GB SD - 20.99

SanDisk Extreme 32 GB SDHC Class 10 UHS-1 Flash Memory Card 45MB/s SDSDX-032G-AFFP - $33.99

Looks like there is a speed difference in the D7000 and D800; I haven't seen any reports on the D600

Opinions? Worth the extra $13? (50%)

You get what you pay for. I'm using the 60 MB/s. I'm not sure I'd want to go down in speed for price.

Hey! No fair! Even not on sale, your cards are cheaper than mine! *pout*

Well CF's are a bit faster :)

But SDs are more hip! Smaller! (and cheaper!)

:)

I would think the Extreme is more than you need unless you're doing a lot of video or burst shooting.

Should be a difference in speed. I have a SD Ultra 16G gen 10 for my 6D and it clogs during video...

I need an extreme pro.

I dislike SanDisk and avoid their products when I can - bad experience with the company, and I'm still pouting!

They made a fan out of me...I posted this a while ago, and perhaps to show you they're not all bad, I'll repost.

Note that my "complaint" was 3-4 years (I said at least a year in the post, but really, I bought it sometime in 2008, and returned it in Jan 2012!):

I just wanted to document my "kudos" to Sandisk's warranty service.

I had a 4GB SD Extreme III card that I bought in 2008. I had to stop using it because one day, I could not write to it. I realized the little plastic write protect tab had gone missing on it, and so I took it out of my SD card pool and went on with life.

At least a year later maybe more, I was cleaning out my photo junk pile, found it, and I was about to throw it away when I had the idea to leave Sandisk a support message about it. They were fantastic...asked me for some proof of purchase, description of how it happened, etc., and in no time I was given a return authorization, and a prepaid return label. About 10 days later they shipped me a 8GB Extreme SD card, since they didn't have any 4GB ones. Along the way, I received a number of email messages keeping me apraised of the status.

While I've never had any other manufacturer's card show that problem, I will have to say that Sandisk stood by their product very nicely, and gave me an impression that they cared, and would do the right thing. And that they were very professional in the process.

Big kudo's to them!

Also, FWIW, I ordered the Extreme version...better for the D600 I think.

A few more hours left of the Amazon deal of the day discount if anyone's interested!
