I don't know much about it. I downloaded it, but haven't installed it yet. But, hey, it's FREE!

No idea what it is but will download it anyway just in case it is useful at some point - can't go wrong for free.

It seems to be a decent photo editor that gets good reviews. Especially for the interface. They are currently SELLING v4 and it has some tools v3 does not have. It sells for about 90 bux. For those of you with no advanced editing tool, this is worth a look.
