LOL @ the drama llama (or was it llama drama?) yeah, I get a little wound up sometimes. Approximately 1x a year, though 2x a year is not unheard of. And actually I have been contemplating taking up yoga, but have to save some $$ first, and that I don't have to spare.

As for Light: Science and Magic....I LOVE that book and already own it!!! But my homemade floods are not on the same wb wavelength as Flash Gordon SB-910, they make the bg look dingy.

The shot was taken with a 6-second exposure so I would have enough time to shoot off the flash all around the room, while my dumb miniwide-slave (gotta get another, they're dirt cheap) handled the bg for me. outtakes from this shoot would make you wince.

Haven't checked out Strobist yet, but probably should start doing so.
