It's interesting to me that you rule out the bloody finger (physically capable of "writing") but keep in keyboards and typewriters which actually "type". I can't wait to see what we get in this one. :D

yeah, i think you could also add

chisels (wood or rock)

wood burning stylus

urine ... well, at least for men in the snow ;-)

laser pointer ... for light painting

i would be glad to see something different, as long as the photo is well done

but for myself, i will probably go traditional

p.s. and, while somewhat like chisels, a pocket knife, like for carving your initials in a tree or park bench

Well, urine's not the IMPLEMENT, now is it? No, the IMPLEMENT would be... you get the idea... and we're not allowed to enter photos of THOSE on DPC...

exactly... and interpretation of these challenges are just as equally divided and ignored so where do you draw the line between personal bias and interpretation, v techniacal or artistic ability... i fear most on here dont know either so this is what makes some of the voting and other things here stand out and out of date or out of touch! Because seasoned DPC members have seemingly stuck to the same formula and types of composition, technicalities etc.. everyone conforms to the same procedures and ways of doing and interpreting things and so it goes on... one persons DNMC is anothers freedom to express, i could continue but im sure people know i have before anyway lolal ;O) enjoy your new year everyone :O)
