It seems like it is upset from the day I got 6D :(
Last couple of days it is start giving me error as "Err 01 contacts between lens and camera are bad, please clean the contact". I tried cleaning using the pencil eraser on both Lens and body and still giving me error. I tried auto mode and it seems working fine in there but when I move to any other mode like P, T, A, or M, it gives me error.
any suggestion? |

Send the 6D back so that your 50D isn't upset anymore :)
Seriously I've never had anything like this happen, but I'm sure someone will be able to help you.

I read and it says this is because of issue with lens. It seems like the lens when keeping at the zoom between 17 to 24 it gives error. I tried keeping it at 17 and did get error and when I keep it over 50 then it works fine. the solutions is to replace one of the strip in the lens. will check further to see if more information is available.
