All three are fine cameras, I think it's up to you to decide which is best for your needs.
The Minolta Z1 has hot shoe for Minolta flashes, if I'm not mistaken. Also I believe it has the fastest AF among the three, but has a peculiar look though (70's sci-fi alien death ray gun, anyone?)
I have not tested the Fuji S5000 before so I can't comment much, though I hear from DPReview that the image quality isn't that good.
The Olympus C-740 is a bit dated; I used to have that camera before selling it off for a C-750 and then later on my Canon 10D. Great features, but slow AF under low light and uses expensive xD cards.

thanks, well i do need a camera with hot shoe. I did read reviews of s5000 and felt quality of images was not that great, Z-1's review was not great either but on Paper Z-1 looks really got.
i have max budget of 300$ ( including the extra card) , right now i shoot with powershot a-40, i thought anything is better than a-40 ( a40 is great camera but it has its limitation)
