Does anybody use Snapfish to make note cards? I do it a ton and am currently having trouble. I'm curious if someone else can duplicate the problem.
First, the template I typically use does not show. If you look on the Folded Greeting Card page you should see the very first template is the full photo with no writing on it aptly called "Full Photo". Currently I do not see this template when I go to folded note cards. The first template is the same thing except with a black border. Is this the case for other people?
The second problem would be harder to ask someone to duplicate. When I go to a previous project that is a folded note card with the full photo template and try to edit it, the template never loads. It gets stuck on "just a moment...your photo is loading".
I've talked to three customer service people from India. They can duplicate the template issue, but have no solutions. I was curious whether this was specific to me or whether it is the case with everybody. |

| I see the template for full photo, and I can open it immediately (no lag) and I can import images into it. |

I followed your first link and got the template showing ...
 Using AOL 9/IE 6.0 ... maybe try an older browser? ;-)
As an alternative, for about the same cost you can get greeting cards designed to slip a 4x6 photo into a pocket (or sometimes mount in a window) -- makes for a nice matted look and you don't need to worry about if the photo will be printed correctly.

No, I did a search for "Full Photo" on the Folded Note Cards page and got 20 results, all with some type of text and/or border.
It appears to me that they've either accidentally or intentionally removed that template. How many copies of the same card do you usually print? And, have you checked any of the other big printing services (Costco, Shtterfly ...)? |

| I guess I can wait to see if it reappears in a day or two. It would be a bummer. I have almost 50 cards with them that I use to send as thank yous to community docs. Even trying to edit and order previous cards that I have does not work. |
