Obviously Bob Ross was a painter but he always was painted landscapes. But I think that we should try to get photographs to look like paintings in this challenge.
Advanced editing should do the trick but I would be okay if we do a "special rules" expert editing that only allows one image to be used (unless HDR effects are needed). I hope that makes sense. Lol.
