Well, in this case, I think the answer is simply: Everything.

I'm pretty certain this is the largest capacity SD card yet manufactured.

I can put over any hour of 720p HD Video or about 2,500 10.2 MP images on my 32GB UDMA6 CF card. My camera uses CF and I've had much better luck with Sandisk.

This must be Eight times or 8 Hrs of Video or 20,000 NEF Raw+Jpg-Fine images on this one.

I do not think I am buying a card that costs as much as my camera body.

I think it can be very useful only for video makers who need a huge space for some kind of videos.
