Here's a little ditty I just whipped up.

It's based off of this pic:

I'd love to hear what you think about it, I just switched it to be my wallpaper from this pic:

Thanks,

Not being a big fan of Digital Art I like this one the best.

Any details on how you created them?

Well, the bottom two shots are of basically the same subject - those hanging lights. The middle shot is a long exposure (10 seconds I think) with a lot of intentional movement and the lens IS turned on (so instead of jerky circles you see less jerky squared off circles.) The bottom shot is just those hanging lights, but it has been inverted. The top shot is the middle shot inverted with a chrome filter applied at about 65% opacity.

I like all three, the third being my favourite, got to clone the black spot though, it is very distracting, a blot on the landscape so to speak. The thing is with digital art is it is fun and there are so many variations possible, I find that I can spend hours playing with one image and hundreds of permutations. It like all other arts is a personel and subjective issue as to what you produce is liked or disliked by anyone else, there are no rules just tastes.

Keep it up Good Luck
