Thank you Richard. I have been reading too much about the McCarthy hearings.... ALTHOUGH that statement about the time frame is in a complete sentence all by its lonesome AND the "taking into account" seems to be a modifying gerund applying only to the Advanced Editing rule set.
And I commend you for assuring me that others have not perjured themselves, which seems to imply an acquaintance rather more intimate than I suspected.
