Chris was my favorite chemo buddy, we did both chemo and dialysis together for the last 4 years

Sorry for your loss, but I'm guessing you have a lot to treasure from this relationship.
ETA: The more I read on, the more interesting the fellow seems to have been. Lucky you, getting to know such a fellow.

awww is right -- I'm so sorry!
I remember going to my dad's chemo. How wonderful that you had such an interesting buddy for those sessions.
