it looks like there is a calibration issue with the tilt shift
i think you should send it to me for a look although it might take me 10-20 years to get it back to you ;) hahahaha
enjoy your new toys, 1 question as a new 5dm2 user why the back button focus? |

It has nothing to do with the 5D2, we run BBF on the 7D too most of the time. I just prefer to separate my exposure and focus cues. Most of the time... Not all the time. When I'm shooting action stuff, I switch it back so it focuses and sets exposure on the shutter half-press. But my default setup is focus with the thumb and set exposure and shoot with the index finger. It takes getting used to, but it soon becomes second nature.

Those are some REALLY nice lenses, but I'm afraid that I'm too busy lusting after that new 24mm f/2.8 IS to be too jealous, besides that t/s lens looks like you need a engineering degree to operate it correctly..... |
Nah, back then I had a REAL tilt/shift, a Sinar-P from Switzerland, the gold standard of view cameras. As for the engineering degree, it looks like the long-dormant expertise is fast resurfacing.... |
The TS lens just has different knobs |
