i scored based on whether or not i could envision the image as a large piece of wall art and found only one image not making the grade (imho). this has to be one of the best challenge collections i have ever seen on this site. thanks for all your efforts.

| one of my higher scoring challenges in a while, some great creativity peppered with the mundane. don't think i gave less than a 6 to any though, that was an enjoyable stroll through the different. |

... just wondering...
the spread of one's score would have more influence on the outcome since all numbers get averaged. Or?
ps I am thrilled about my steadily climbing score of currently 6.5.

I think i scored fairly liberally.
My criteria:
Anything that meets criteria starts at a 5. How much it moves me moves up the score. Anything that feels really lazy is a 4, anything that is just a joke gets a 1-3 depending on my mood.
and now my score is decimated.... rawr

Seems that the abstract haters are all out voting now. I was hovering in the 6.2-6.3 range most of the challenge, dropped to 6.01 over the course of today.

| I have seen the typical falling score as rollover approaches. After steadily rising from 6.2ish to 6.85, have dropped to 6.62 since yesterday morning. Still a very good score though and 4 nice comments. |

Ugghhhh...wish I could bring myself to some stronger language but, suffice it to say that it's frustrating.
Started off with a 6.3 at 21 votes in first check.
Steadily held around a 6.1
Then, over the past day or so....this.....

And, to think I was excited about a score holding above a 6 *sigh* :(
Oh well...I should know better. There's going to be the low votes coming in either in the beginning or later on. They're inevitable as people get disgruntled or fed up or both and have a hay day in low scoring for some odd reason. Sad. |

At least you've got a good attitude about it! It was a pretty good panning shot and would have done decently in a more appropriate challenge. S'okay, I got similarly walloped for my "collections" entry. Wanted to see how far I could push the concept and found out.
