How's my score going up? It's jumped a full point in the last ten votes.
I can tell you what I would vote my image and what you're currently voting my image are perpendicular to each other.

The 1 - 10 value spectrum for voting is linear. A perpendicular departure from any point would remain at precisely the same value. This is what you meant? |

At least you are as hard on your own as you are on others. Maybe you should post it after the challenge asking why it did so well, instead of the sucky socre you anticipated. Might make for an educational discussion.

I should.
At 12 votes I was at 4.0833.
Now at 24 and 5.1250.
Which implies in the last 12 votes, the average vote was 6.167.
I know when my entries are junk, average, or exceptional. I have no illusions on that front.

What was the problem with the scoring? Were some not being counted?
Strange that when I figured my last vote it equaled a 15. |
