this is overdue. you don't have to be in southern france to shoot in the style of jagar. and being in southern france is no guarantee of a good photo.

i agree with don this challenge should have happened already. the background for the quirky characters makes little difference if we don't see like he does; that's the challenge for me. can't wait.

I love the vast majority of John's excellent imagery, but cannot imagine even coming close to his style.

I liked this when it was proposed 8 months ago, and I still like it. How about we do this one?

Eight months ago I lived in a charming town in Europe with winding cobblestone streets. Now I don't, I'm upset about it, and this is about the worst idea I've ever heard.

I think Ryan had a good idea... all the merkins and canahhdians should meet up in Old Quebec to shoot for this. Either that or allow use of a cobblestone filter ;-)

Actually....nope. Never. Yeah, shame on me, but never got much farther than Old Chelsea, Mont Tremblant and Montreal, and Riviere de Loup.
