After hours of viewing photos I have finally finished voting. The size of the challenge is getting out of hand. I suggest that when the size exceeds somewhere around 100, then divide the entries between two or more groups so that each group has approximately the same number of photos and each is between say 50 and 100. Then, when people vote the system automatically assigns them to one of the groups for the duration of the challenge. At the end of voting, the top 50 or so pohotos get put into a final vote where everyone participates. This of course could put the challenge on a two week schedule, but once a week is almost more than some of us can deal with already.

By dividing large challenges up this way more time can be spent on comments and taking photos for the next challenge. Does anyone else agree or have some other idea that might work?

Please post your replies to this idea in this thread -- just to keep all the thoughts in one place.
