Before the Barnes & Noble in downtown Pittsburgh closed (and sadly, before I was taking pictures in public) the children's section during the business workday (and schoolday)was usually overtaken by grown men in ties seated in tiny little chairs perusing books and magazines. It was quite comical.

A ridiculous incident though, I agree.
