| Hi is there a way I can remove all appointment etc from outlook calendar 2002 in one stroke but leaving the contacts, inbox etc intact... |

I believe you can change the View using the View menu to Active Appointments or By Category and then CTRL A to select all and then press Delete key.

Try FILE, Archive - and select the date. Anything prior to that date will be written to a file and removed from Outlook. |

To delete all of the items in the Outlook Calendar folder:
Start Outlook, and then click your Calendar folder.
On the View menu, point to Current View, and then click By Category.
On the View menu, point to Expand/Collapse Groups, and then click Collapse All.
In the Table pane, right-click each category, and then click Delete. This deletes every item that belongs to each category.
After you delete all of the items in all of the categories, the Calendar folder is empty.
